Shipping & Returns

We aim to despatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

1. UK delivery

Standard delivery (3–5 working days) — £2.99
Express delivery (1–2 working days) — £4.99
Free standard delivery on orders over £50

2. International delivery

We currently ship to selected European countries. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

3. Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at contact@zingvita.com within 14 days of delivery.

4. Return conditions

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
We cannot accept returns of opened food or supplement products for hygiene reasons
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

5. Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Policy

At Zingvita we want every customer to feel great about their purchase. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. Where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, your legal rights remain fully intact.

Our policy — sealed food supplements

As Zingvita products are sealed food supplements, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on opened items in line with UK food hygiene regulations. Where eligible, we offer store credit as a gesture of goodwill.

My order arrived damaged

Email us within 48 hours at contact@zingvita.com with your order number and a photo of the damage — we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit straight away. No need to return anything.

I’m not happy with my order

If you’re a first-time Zingvita customer and your order isn’t right for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and we’ll do our best to make it right with store credit. No fuss, no hassle.

Something else is wrong

If your issue doesn’t fall into the above categories, just reach out at contact@zingvita.com with your order number and details. Our team will do everything we can to help — we always aim to keep things simple and stress-free.
